- Plans are priced by enrolled employees, not total company headcount. Choose the plan that covers the employees you expect to enroll.
- How does billing work?
- Billing is invoice-first. Registering requests a plan and an invoice; no card or bank details are collected here.
- How do we get access?
- Launch access is reviewed by Zinda. We confirm eligibility and activation through our existing vetting process.
- What if we have more than 1,000 employees?
- Larger programs, SSO/SCIM, HRIS or payroll giving, matching, custom reporting, contractual terms, or an SLA need a sales-assisted plan. Contact Sales to get started.
- Are subscriptions separate from donations?
- Yes. Corporate subscriptions are separate from donations, which remain in each nonprofit's connected Stripe or PayPal account.
